The Strategy of Excellence

Sales Background

The Sales DNA

Born and raised in N.Y.C I did not learn how to sell in a classroom. I learned it on the phone at age 14, cold-calling cemetery plot appointments. While the adults around me struggled to make quota, I hit my numbers every single time. By 16, I was closing appointments for home food delivery services, and by 17, I moved to D.C. to sell art door-to-door in office complexes. I mastered the psychology of the "Yes" before I could legally vote.

My pivot to technology was just as aggressive. I entered web commerce at 18 and owned my own web company by 20. For the last three years, I have treated my real estate education as a full-time job. I am in the brokerage classrooms twice a week, mastering AI systems and building vendor networks so that when I execute for you, the system is already bulletproof.

The Protocol

I reject the industry standard "Post and Pray" method where agents simply place a lockbox on your door and disappear. That is not a strategy; that is abandonment.

I own a photo and video production business, which means I don't just hire a photographer—I direct them. I script your home, light the scenes, and execute a cinematic vision. My background in improv allows me to match the tone and energy of any counter-party, creating the psychological comfort needed to drive the number up.

Technical Skills

Technical Intelligence

My understanding of a home goes far deeper than curb appeal. I was raised in a multi-generational home where we built everything ourselves. Living alongside my grandparents and my uncle, a electrician by trade, I watched us rebuild roofs, move kitchens, and hang drywall before I was old enough to drive.

That hands-on foundation evolved into digital mastery. From building custom computers to soldering capacitors on TV motherboards, I am comfortable with both the sledgehammer and the soldering iron. When I walk through a property, I don't just see the paint; I see the wiring, the networking potential, and the bones of the structure because I have worked on them all myself.

Life Beyond the Contract

I chose Las Vegas for the same reason many of my clients do. The high cost of living on the East Coast was choking my ability to grow. I refused to raise my child in an apartment when I knew we could have a home, a pool, and a better life here. I traded seasonal depression for sun therapy and never looked back.

My drive is fueled by serious backcountry experience. I have backpacked from the Adirondacks to the Badlands, through the Wyoming Rockies and the Olympic National Forest. I bring that same intensity to my kitchen, where I cook at a professional level. Whether it is handmade pasta, soul food, or baking bread and cakes from scratch, I demand perfection in everything I create.
